La Coruna is a city in northwestern Spain . The city is known for the Tower of Hercules, a Roman lighthouse from the 2nd Century which, in the past, has shown the way into the harbor. One of the attractions in the relatively near vicinity is the pilgrimage town of Santiago de Compostela.
In Bilbao, one finds both the vibrant life of a metropolis and a vast natural texture. Among the attractions of the city are the Guggenheim Museum, the Congress and Music Palace Euskalduna and numerous architectural masterpieces of architect Arata Isozaki and Cesar Pelli. Far from the hustle and bustle, there are forests, mountains and beautiful beaches.
Le Verdon-sur-Mer is a small village with about 1400 inhabitant and is situated on the Atlantic coast. It is home to a rich nature, characterized by extensive beaches, forests and bogs. One of the more interesting landmarks is the lighthouse of Cordouan.
