Food and Drink
Cunard are famous keeping the traditions of cruising alive, your evening meal will be in one of either the Britannia restaurant which is also the main restaurant, the Britannia Club restaurtant for the Britannia club members or the Princess Grill for the Princess Grill members. Other dining areas include the 24hr buffet and of course 24hr room service is available fo those lazy days! There are also a range of alternative speciality restaurants, there are minimal extra charges for these but once you taste the food, you’ll soon realise its all worth it.
Another Cunard tradition is their afternoon tea! This hs to be done at least once onboard your cruise! There are 3 options for afternoon tea. You have traditional afternoon tea, Champagne afternoon tea and finally Godiva afternoon tea.
Head on down to the Golden Lion pub which offers a huge array of lagers and ales, or if a cocktail is more your thing, visit the Commodore club and sample a Cunard exclusive cocktail.
Entertainment
Onboard your Cunard cruise every day and evening offers something different. You can see a stage show, listen to a live band and for the party people our there you can dance until the sun comes up! Cunard offer international cabaret performances, dance productions and theatre shows straight from the west end in the Royal Court Theatre.
Other entertainment you will discover onboard is ballroom dancing, gala evenings and the live DJ & resident band in the nightclub.
During the day time amongst various entertainment options is the Golden Lion pub offering you traditional pub games like trivia and darts, whilst also showing live sporting events so you don’t miss any sporting action from your favourite team whilst being out at sea.

Children’s Facilities
A Cunard cruise can also be a family cruise, children aged between 8 and 17 are catered for. The Play Zone is aimed at children aged between 2 to 7, The Kids Zone aimed at 8 – 12, with the Teen Zone aimed at the 13 – 17 year olds.Various activities run here throughout the daytime keeping all ages thoroughly entertained. You can also find a night nursery which is available for children aged 6 – 23 months and between the hours of 6pm to 11pm.
