The Fiordland National Park is located in Southern New Zealand and covers an area of ​​over 12,500 square kilometers making it the largest national park in New Zealand. The Fiordland National Park is one of the few parks which belong to the "Te Wahipounamu World Heritage Area" which was established in 1952.
