Portugal's capital is one of Europe's oldest cities, and offers tourists a diverse and interesting cultural activities. The Torre de Belém and the Mosteiro dos Jeronimos were recorded as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Lisbon has many interesting buildings, parks and museums and also hosts the annual jazz festival 'Jazz em Agosto'. Saint George castle comes highly recommended, as it offers a spectacular view of the city. In addition, you must try the Portuguese cuisine. Try one of the city's famous dishes, the cod is a particularly loved dish.

The city of Porto is the second biggest city in Portugal and is also known as the secret capital of Portugal. It is located in the north of the country and offers a typical Portuguese flair. It is the birth city of the world-famous Porto wine as well as for its traditional Francesinha dish. The ribeira is a must see, while the clérigos tower is also a sight very much worth a visit.

La Coruna is a city in northwestern Spain . The city is known for the Tower of Hercules, a Roman lighthouse from the 2nd Century which, in the past, has shown the way into the harbor. One of the attractions in the relatively near vicinity is the pilgrimage town of Santiago de Compostela.

Zeebrugge is located in the Flanders region of Belgium. The small town has nearly 3865 inhabitants and is situated in close proximity to Bruges. Brugge is characterized especially by its medieval old town, ramparts and windmills. Since Brugge was not affected by war or large-scale fires, the city is very well preserved. It is explorable on foot and by boat. Local attractions include the Church of Our Lady of the Madonna by Michelangelo and the four remaining city gates (Gentpoort, Kruispoort, and Smedenpoor Ezelpoort).

The second largest port in France can be found in Le Havre, a town in the northwest of the country. With almost 180,000 inhabitants, Le Havre is the largest town in Normandy. The 'Pont de Normandie' with a span of 856m is the largest cable-stayed bridge in Europe.
