New Plymouth is the major city of the Taranaki Region on the west coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Akaroa is a former French and British settlement located just south-east of Christchurch. The harbour of Akaroa was formed by two extinct volcanic craters eroding and merging over time. Dunedin Street Art Trail is a unique initiative whereby, an increasing number of blank walls are becoming the canvases of international street artists. The trail currently takes 90 minutes to complete. Dunedin is also home to the world's steepest street, Baldwin Street which is also the location of the world-famous Jaffa-Race, which involves 25,000 sweet treats being rolled down the street simultaneously.
