Hellesylt is a very small but popular village located in western Norway. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains, valleys, lakes and has a roaring waterfall cascading through it. There are picturesque old farmhouses scattered all around the hills and mountains and a lot of hiking trails that are sometimes quite challenging. Hellesylt has about 680 inhabitants and lies at the head of the Sunnylvsfjordes. The village is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
