San Juan is the capital and largest city of Puerto Rico. As a cruising hot spot in the Caribbean, San Juan offers all of the amenities and attractions of a modern city. The city is divided into Old and New San Juan. Old San Juan dates back five centuries and is known for its colourful buildings and old forts, which once protected the island. El Morro is a well-known fort that now houses a small military museum. At the city walls that surround San Juan is The Paseo de la Princesca, a beautiful promenade with shops, restaurants, and gorgeous views.

Charlotte Amalie is located on the south side of St. Thomas and is the capital of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The city is dominated by the Danish colonial period and has some great attractions to offer.

Virgin Gorda is the third largest island of the British Virgin Islands and has a population of around 3000. The island’s name comes from the Spanish for “Fat Lady” as Christopher Columbus described the island as looking similar to a plump woman lying on her back. The island contains unique granite formations of volcanic origin, the so-called “bathroom” (“The Baths”), and an important building on the island is the copper mine.

St. John's is the capital of the island nation Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean. Sights worth seeing include the St. John's Harbor, the St. John's Cathedral and the colonial court House.Saint. John's is among the most developed communitys in the Lesser Antilles, with a population of 22,193, St.John is the chief port of the island Antigua. The city became famous for numerous shopping centres and a variety of boutiques throughout the city.

Gustavia is the capital of the French island of St. Barthelemy. Gustavia is a reminder of the past when the island of St. Barthelemy was leased to the Swedish, named after Swedish King Gustav and having characteristic red-roofed houses lining the tropical hills. There is plenty of oppurtunities to discover the history and culture of the island at the Wall House Museum or even just a trip to the lively Le Ti-Marché open-air market. One of the many quiet cafes give you a perfect place to enjoy the stunning views out into harbour.

Port Elizabeth is the capital city of the Bequia Island that is part of the Grenadines. The Admiralty Bay, where the city is located, is considered one of the most photogenic bays in the whole of the Caribbean. The bay is surrounded by spectacular green hills, dotted with cute old-fashioned cottages, while the water is full of modern state-of-the-art yachts. Port Elizabeth is as simple and laid-back as it gets in the Caribbean, there are chickens wandering the streets and some low key restaurants and bars along the waterfront.

The capital of the island of Tobago is home to about 5,000 people. The botanical garden in the middle of the city was opened in the 19th Century and is worth seeing. Scarborough's urban landscape is also characterized by small, colorful street shops. Maybe you will find souvenirs for the folks back home.

Mayreau has only around 300 residents and is the smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines. All residents live in the singular village of the island - Old Wall which is reachable by only one single road.
