Home of Banksy, one of the most controversial street artists in the world, Bristol is widely considered one of the UK’s most on-the-up cities. Once a hub of heavy industry, the city has become more of a center for innovation and creativity in recent years. Wander about its streets and you will quickly notice the alternative feel of Bristol city, with small quirky cafes and music venues scattered about. While you wander, keep an eye out for the controversial but powerful works of street art by the aforementioned Banksy, who’s true identity is shrouded in mystery.

Falmout is located in Cornwall, southwest England. The city has about 22 000 inhabitants and is known for having the third largest natural harbour in the world as well as for often being a starting or finishing point for world boat races. Some of the local attractions include the National Maritime Museum of Cornwall as well as the Pendennis Castle which is now used as a museum and own by English Heritage. The city also offers plenty of natural beauty with its parks, laurel mazes and Rhoderdons.

Eidfjord is a small town that sits at the end of the Eid Fjord, the innermost branch of the fourth longest fjord in the world: the breathtaking Hardangerfjord. The Norwegian town is also located on the Hardangervidda, the largest mountain plateau in Europe. As the town offers both the water and the mountains, visitors have a wide range of outdoor activities to choose from, whether it be swimming and fishing or hiking and cycling.
